Dear Student Affair Administrator, Subject: Absence of class on 5 April 2016 I have received a letter from the school regarding my absence of class on 5 April 2016. The reason of my absence was that I had been suffering from serious menstrual pain which had been really bothering me. I had skipped the class as I was not able to keep my focus on the lessons and I might have even disturb the on-going classes.
