As I have eaten for two, and the reaction is too large, that I often spit, so that I can't insist on working. As I have eaten for two这个意思比I'm pregnant... 更委婉，后面用insist on 表示坚持做某事，insist on doing sth ,语气能妥，不能坚持上班。 仅供参考。
