aims:to discuss about clinical results of Mifepristone in consecrvative treatment of Hysteromyoma. methods:60 examples of patients with oral Mifepristone (10mg/d,from the first day of menstruation,and continue for 3 months as a full treatment) who are diagnosed as Hysteromyoma. results:all have amenorrhea when taking the medicine,anemia is corrected,and amenorrhea happened to those who were not in menopause.After having the medicine,the myoma reduced in size and had a clear bound.It can be used as premeditation for enucleation of hysteromyoma and hysterectomy to reduce bleeding.It is clear that Mifepristone has some effects on Hysteromyoma treatment,and it is an effective way in conservative treatment of patients with uterus myoma
