为什么会孕吐?我在国外网站查到的资料

到今天已经10Week+4的我很幸运的成为了那25%-30%不会 孕吐 的宝妈之一。有时在论坛或网上常会看到没有孕吐的宝妈质疑为什么自己不吐,是不是不正常。而很多答案看上去也非常令人感到无所适从,要么是简单的一句激素变化引起的,要么是会孕吐说明孩子健康之类的说法。说实话,我也很疑惑。因为据我妈说她怀我吐了9个月,怀我弟吐了5个月,因此 遗传 一说已经被打破了。 于是我查了一些国*外的网站,找到了如下一个我个人看起来还比较靠谱的答案,分享给大家,原文如下:“There are many different reasons why women may vomit more during pregnancy. The most common reasons are associated with pregnancy hormones oestrogen and progesterone. Oestrogen levels can increase a hundred fold during pregnancy. The change in homones can make some women more sensitive to smell and a smell overload can trigger nausea and vomiting. The hormone progesterone relaxes the stomach and intestines leading to excess stomach acid that needs to be removed by vomiting. You vomit during pregnancy because your hormones are increasing and the chemicals are reacting. Depending on if you body can handle the chemical and hormonal changes, you may or may not vomit. When you are pregnant your body does not know it has an actual physical being growing inside it, it just realizes that something odd is there that was not there before. The vomiting is usually the way our body throw out whatever is strange or making us sick. So, the vomiting in early stages of pregnancy is simply the body reacting to the foreign body inside it The hormones. Towards the end of pregnancy it can be because the baby is pushing on the stomach." 结合我看的其他网页科普,已经知道的是孕吐的原因多种多样,但最常见的原因是(1)与和荷尔蒙雌激素和黄体酮有关。雌激素在孕期能增加100倍,这种变化会使一些宝妈的嗅觉和对气味的感知更加敏感,从而引发恶心和呕吐。 (2)黄体酮会使胃和肠道变的松弛从而导致过度的胃酸,而引起呕吐。 你怀孕了,但你的身体并不知道里面有一个小东西正在生长,你的身体只是意识到有了一个奇怪的以前不存在的“东西”,而呕吐通常是身体自动的反应为的是避免将一些陌生的东西和可能导致生病的东西排出去。这是再正常不过的身体应激反应。 那么为什么会有部分宝妈不吐呢?文章里给出的答案是:因为这部分孕妇的身体能够控制化学和激素的变化,因此不会产生孕吐。 至此,真相大白! 各位宝妈,请放松心情,所有的这些反应,吐或不吐都是正常的!为了几个月后到来的宝宝,所有的一切都是值得的! 另附送一些针对孕吐的治疗方法,供宝妈们参考,原文如下: “1. Try Changing Eating Patterns For morning nausea, eat toast, cereal, crackers, or other dry foods before getting out of bed. Eat cheese, lean meat, or other high-protein snack before bedtime. Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, throughout day. Don’t drink lots of fluid at one time. Eat small meals or snacks every two to three hours instead of three large meals per day. Don’t eat fried, greasy, or spicy foods. Avoid foods with strong odors that are bothersome. Or eat foods cold or at room temperature. 2. When to Call a Doctor Seek medical help if vomiting is so severe or constant that the person can’t keep down fluids or food.” 除此之外我还有看到生姜水和姜在另外几个网站被提到能有效控制孕吐,供宝妈们参考吧~~

LZ摘抄的内容基本和我正在看的孕期指导书籍说的是一样的,但有时候我相梅在想东西方孕妇体质还是有区别的,比如我看的书里感觉把前三个月的胚胎描述的比中国宣传的强韧许多,我第一次怀孕次印就是因为觉得书上说得没那么恐怖所以什么忌讳也没有,六周多 流产 了,现在想想真是尽信书不如无书啊,我们总是斯剪典笑谈吃粮食的体质就是不如吃牛肉的体质,还挺生动的哈〜

我从五周就开始吐了,找医生咨询,医生问你能吃下东西吗?我说可以吃!医生说那就吐吧!没事!吐是好事,说明宝宝在长,很健康!还不知道要吐到啥时候呢

很幸运10w+2至现在都没有吐过。胃口很好。8周HCG21万多孕酮也在正常范围内。刚开始还担心看很多MM提到胎停都是没有什么反应。69天不放心去做了次B超胎儿发育的很好有10.2w的样子。看来是想多了对很多知识不了解啊。

真相大白!怪不得偶HCG才9万,孕酮才14,血检尿检各项指标都正常呢,原来是控制能力好!
