If you take marriage leave and present with marriage certificate, they can't reduce your wages. You should report the problem to the finance departmen...t to determine if they intentionally deduct your wages or not. If so, you'd negotiate with the relevant guy that they must pay for the deducted money. If it still could not be settled in private, you can charge them legally.
