男生貌似都对我比较好，所以我很多朋友都是男生，为什么那些女的不喜欢我？我都对她们很有好的，是因为种族歧视吗？

It happens at everywhere not just US. Just hang out with your friends and if they don't like you, it is their lost. Don't forget be honest, be friendly all the time, so true friends will always come around.
