女性哺乳后怎样使乳房变小

本人没结婚之前就为胸部大烦恼,生完第一个孩子之后,更是大了一个码,买衣服都不好买了,现在又快要生第二个孩子了,又怕胸部尺寸再变大,顺便问一下产后怎样快速瘦身,本人是偏胖体型

八成是没戏了。。你扬且偏旁的原因肯定是因为险急助生活习点录惯导致的 除非你改变生活习惯。。不然你减肥几乎是不可能的

乳房是有大量脂肪组成的,试着用减肥的方式使乳房减小,如果明显太大的话,建议去医院检查一下。
