其实都可以，只要不是大麦茶就行，有个原则：不要喝浓茶、不要喝好几种茶、不要喝过夜茶，基本不影响，我也是每天喝茶，母乳喂养，孩子一岁，已经喝茶好几个月，不影响，先从少量淡一些喝，最好是绿茶，维生素和有效成分很多，对身体好，也不会很浓。每个人体质不同，最好多喝水。

j建议喝鲜榨果汁，最好去皮。。。对宝宝比较好。另外，多喝点白开水就行了，母乳喂养的孩子根据ijii的经验是，妈妈喝什么宝宝就喝什么。比如，宝宝若是感冒了，母亲可以喝点儿童感冒药就可以通过母乳输送给孩子，小孩子不用直接吃药。所以，千万要记住，任何乱七八糟人工合成的饮料或其它食品都要谨慎食用，最好，不要...喝那些个茶呀，饮料什么的，多喝白开水和汤水对宝宝最好了。。。。替宝宝谢谢你，可以牺牲自己的身材坚持用母乳，你的宝贝一定会很快乐健康地成长。。。。。。。。
